What is Listify?
Listify is a Shopify app that lets your customers create and share gift registries and wishlists directly on your store. It's designed for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, housewarmings, and any gifting occasion.
Which Shopify plans is Listify compatible with?
Listify works with all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Plus.
Does Listify work with my theme?
Yes! Listify uses Shopify's theme extension system and Shadow DOM isolation, so it works with any Shopify theme without CSS conflicts.
Registries
How many registries can I have?
It depends on your plan: Free (2), Starter (10), Growth (50), Pro (unlimited). See Billing & Plans for details.
Can customers create their own registries?
Yes. Customers can create and manage registries directly from your storefront. They'll need a customer account to manage their registry.
Can registries be password-protected?
Yes, on Growth and Pro plans. Registry owners can set a password that visitors must enter to view the registry.
What happens when someone buys an item from a registry?
The registry is automatically updated to show the item as purchased. The registry owner receives an email notification, and the purchase is tracked in your analytics dashboard.
Wishlists
How are wishlists different from registries?
Registries are event-based (weddings, baby showers) with gift tracking and sharing as the primary purpose. Wishlists are personal save-for-later lists. See Wishlists for more details.
Which plans include wishlists?
Wishlists are available on the Pro plan.
Billing
Do you take a percentage of my sales?
No. Listify uses flat-rate monthly pricing. We never take a cut of your revenue.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, all paid plans include a 7-day free trial with no credit card required.
What is overage billing?
On the Growth plan, you can opt into overage billing at $0.99 per additional registry above your plan limit. This lets you grow without immediately upgrading. See Billing & Plans for details.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can downgrade to the Free plan or uninstall the app at any time. There are no long-term contracts.
Technical
Does Listify affect my store's loading speed?
Listify is designed for performance. The storefront widget loads asynchronously and uses Shadow DOM isolation, so it has minimal impact on your page load times.
Can I customize the widget's appearance?
Yes. Colors, layout, typography, and more can be configured through the theme editor. See Theme Customization for details.
Does Listify support multiple languages?
Multi-language support is coming soon. Currently, the widget displays in English.
